1. Giveaway period

The Good Stuff Giveaway begins on Oct 17, 2026 and closes on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

The winner will be drawn on December 1, 2026.

2. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older.

The giveaway is intended for Broad Meadow Farm email newsletter subscribers. New subscribers may sign up through the giveaway form, and existing subscribers may enter using the same form.

No purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form during the giveaway period.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning.

4. The prize

One winner will receive a Broad Meadow Farm body-care collection containing:

  • Handcrafted soaps

  • One body butter

  • One lip balm

  • One soap saver pad or tray

The total approximate retail value is $40–$50 CAD.

There is one prize available. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Broad Meadow Farm may substitute an item of comparable value if necessary.

Shipping to one Canadian address is included.

5. Winner selection

One potential winner will be selected by random draw on December 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received before the deadline.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days and provide a valid Canadian shipping address.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

If the selected entrant does not respond, is ineligible, or does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, another eligible entrant may be selected.

7. Prize delivery

The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner at a Canadian mailing address at no cost to the winner, within a reasonable period after confirmation.

8. Privacy and email communications

Broad Meadow Farm collects information submitted through the entry form to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact the selected entrant.

Newsletter subscribers receive emails about Broad Meadow Farm products, market dates, and occasional offers. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Broad Meadow Farm Privacy Policy.

9. General conditions

Broad Meadow Farm reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violate these rules, subject to applicable law.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

The giveaway is subject to applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

Our handmade soaps are crafted in small batches right here on the farm using traditional cold-process methods. We use natural oils, farm-grown botanicals whenever possible, and essential oils to create gentle, nourishing bars.

Our soaps are not vegan because they contain tallow, an animal-derived ingredient. They are made with nourishing natural oils and butters, including coconut oil, olive oil, tallow, shea butter, avocado oil, and castor oil. We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals, and use natural colorants and essential oils.

Our soaps are formulated to be gentle and moisturizing, making them suitable for most skin types including sensitive skin. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list if you have specific allergies.

Store your soap in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses. Use a soap dish with drainage to help your bar last longer. Keep it away from direct water spray in the shower.

Our handmade soaps have a shelf life of approximately 12 months or longer when stored properly in a cool, dry place. The scent may fade over time, but the soap remains effective and safe to use.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping within Canada usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
