How Our Soap Fundraiser Works

We love partnering with charities, schools, sports groups and more to help you raise money for your cause.

Your group sells Broad Meadow Farm soap and keeps 30% of every sale. There’s no inventory to purchase upfront—soap is made after your final order is submitted and paid.

It’s Simple

1. Take Orders
I provide an order sheet with 6 soap options. Your group takes orders and collects payment for approximately 2–3 weeks.

2. Send Your Totals
Send me one combined order with the total number of bars needed in each scent. Individual customer orders do not need to be submitted.

3. Keep 30%
Your group keeps 30% of sales and I invoice you for the remaining 70%.

4. I Make the Soap
Your soap is made, cured and packaged after payment. Allow approximately 5–6 weeks for your order to be ready.

5. Sort & Distribute
Soap is provided by scent, not packed by individual customer order. Your group sorts and distributes the individual orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our handmade soaps are crafted in small batches right here on the farm using traditional cold-process methods. We use natural oils, farm-grown botanicals whenever possible, and essential oils to create gentle, nourishing bars.

Our soaps are not vegan because they contain tallow, an animal-derived ingredient. They are made with nourishing natural oils and butters, including coconut oil, olive oil, tallow, shea butter, avocado oil, and castor oil. We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals, and use natural colorants and essential oils.

Our soaps are formulated to be gentle and moisturizing, making them suitable for most skin types including sensitive skin. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list if you have specific allergies.

Store your soap in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses. Use a soap dish with drainage to help your bar last longer. Keep it away from direct water spray in the shower.

Our handmade soaps have a shelf life of approximately 12 months or longer when stored properly in a cool, dry place. The scent may fade over time, but the soap remains effective and safe to use.
