Peonies at Broad Meadow Farm

There’s nothing quite like a peony in bloom — lush, fragrant, and full of quiet drama.

We’re in the early stages of cultivating a dedicated peony field here at Broad Meadow Farm, just outside of Carstairs in Mountain View County. While it will take time for the plants to mature, our long-term goal is to offer pre-cut peony bouquets and bulk bloom packages during their short but glorious season.

These peonies are being grown with care — no shortcuts, no rush. We believe in allowing the plants time to establish strong roots so they can offer years of healthy, abundant blooms.

What to Expect in the Future

In upcoming seasons, we plan to offer:

• Pre-arranged peony bouquets — curated and ready to enjoy
• Bulk bloom packages — perfect for florists, events, or flower lovers who want armfuls of seasonal beauty

All peony blooms will be harvested and prepared by us — these flowers will not be available through the Flower U-Pick.  

Pickup will be available at the farm. At this time, we do not offer shipping.

Stay in the Loop

Peonies have a very short bloom window, and availability will be limited. When they’re ready, we’ll share harvest updates and bouquet offerings through our email newsletter and here on the website.
